Return Policy

We hope you are always satisfied with your purchases. If you change your mind or receive a non-conforming product, follow our simple and transparent procedure.

Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: You can cancel the order at no cost.

  • After shipment: Cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Refusal at delivery: The refund will be issued net of shipping costs (outbound and return).

Return Procedure

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return a product.

  1. Request: Send an e-mail to supporto@storepst.com stating your order number and reason (damaged, wrong item, non-conforming, change of mind).

  2. Shipment: Send the product to:

  • The product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Refund

Upon verification of the product's condition, we will refund the item amount (excluding initial shipping costs) within 14 days via the original payment method.

Damaged Parcel and Claims

Always check the package before unloading.

  • Visible damage: Refuse delivery and write on the courier's document "damaged/open/punctured parcel".

  • Suspected internal damage: Accept with a specific written reservation by hand before signing. Take detailed photos and send them to supporto@storepst.com.

  • Claim deadline: > Important: Any claims for products arriving damaged must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date. Beyond this deadline, or without a specific written reservation at the time of unloading, it will not be possible to dispute the condition of the product.

Warranty and Support

All products on storepst.com come with a legal warranty of 24 months. For assistance, write to supporto@storepst.com or contact the manufacturer directly.
