Return Policy

We hope you are always satisfied with your purchases. However, if you change your mind or receive a non-compliant product, you can count on a simple and transparent return procedure.

Order Cancellation

It is possible to cancel an order only before the goods are shipped.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation will no longer be possible.

In the event that the order is refused upon delivery, the refund will be made net of:

  • shipping costs incurred for the outbound shipment;
  • shipping costs incurred for the return of the goods (return journey).

Return Procedure

You have 14 days from delivery to return a product.

  1. Return request
    Send an email to supporto@storepst.com indicating:
    • the order number;
    • the reason for the return, choosing from:
      • Product arrived damaged
      • Product incorrect compared to the order placed
      • Product not as expected
      • Change of mind or mistaken purchase
  2. Shipping the product
    Ship the product to:
    PST – Strada Fontaneto 42, 10023 Chieri (TO)

    The product must be:
    • intact;
    • unused;
    • complete with its original packaging.
    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  3. Refund
    After verifying the integrity of the product, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days.
    The total amount of the item will be refunded, excluding any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase.

Damaged package upon delivery

We invite you to carefully check the package at the time of delivery and before unloading. In case of visible damage or suspicion, please carefully follow these instructions:

If the package is visibly damaged:

  • refuse delivery;
  • write a specific note on the courier's document such as: “damaged package”, “opened package” or “torn package”.

If you accept the package but suspect internal damage:

  • you must necessarily add a specific reservation on the courier's document before signing and unloading the goods;
  • take detailed photos of the goods from multiple angles;
  • send the images to supporto@storepst.com to start a claim.

Attention: once the goods have been unloaded and opened, it will no longer be possible to contest their condition, unless a specific and detailed reservation has been made at the time of delivery/unloading.
Notes must be handwritten before signing.
Generic reservations suggested by the courier will not be accepted.

Warranty and Assistance

All products sold on storepst.com are covered by the legal warranty of conformity of 24 months.
Some items may also include a manufacturer's commercial warranty.
