Return Procedure

You have 14 days from delivery to return a product.

 

How to proceed:

Send an email to ordini@storepst.com with the order number and the reason for the return, choosing from:

  • Product arrived damaged
  • Incorrect product compared to the order
  • Product does not meet expectations
  • Change of mind or incorrect purchase
  • Ship the product to:
    Aquaterm PST - Strada Fontaneto 40, 10023 Chieri (TO)
    The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once the integrity of the returned product is verified, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days.

 

Damaged Package Upon Delivery

We recommend carefully checking the package upon delivery. If you notice visible or suspected damage, follow these instructions carefully:

If the package is visibly damaged:

  • Refuse delivery
  • Write a specific note on the courier's document, such as: "damaged package," "open package," or "punctured package"

If you accept the package but suspect internal damage:

Notes must be handwritten before signing.
Generic remarks suggested by the courier will not be accepted.

 

Warranty and Assistance

All products sold on storepst.com are covered by a 24-month legal conformity warranty. Some items may also include a manufacturer's commercial warranty.
