Return Procedure

You have 14 days from delivery to return a product.

 

1. Return request

Send an e-mail to ordini@storepst.com indicating:

  • The order number
  • The reason for the return, choosing from:
    • Product arrived damaged
    • Incorrect product compared to the order placed
    • Product not as expected
    • Change of mind or incorrect purchase

2. Product shipment

Ship the product to:
PST - Strada Fontaneto 42, 10023 Chieri (TO)
The product must be:

  • intact
  • unused
  • complete with its original packaging.

The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.

 

3. Refund

After verifying the integrity of the product, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days.</br /> The total amount of the item will be refunded, excluding any transport costs incurred at the time of purchase.

 

Package damaged on delivery

We invite you to carefully check the package upon delivery. In case of visible or suspected damage, please follow these instructions carefully:

If the package is visibly damaged:

  • Refuse the delivery
  • Write a specific note on the courier's document such as: "damaged package", "open package" or "punctured package"

If you accept the package but suspect internal damage:

The notes must be handwritten before signing.
Generic reservations suggested by the courier will not be accepted.

All products sold on storepst.com are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity. Some items may also include a commercial guarantee from the manufacturer.
