1. Subject Matter

We want to offer you the best possible shopping experience. These terms clearly and transparently explain how our e-commerce works.

2. Order Process

After your purchase, you will receive a series of e-mails to keep you updated on the status of your order:

  1. Order confirmation: with all the details of your purchase and the related invoice.

  2. Order preparation: we will inform you that we are preparing the goods and are awaiting collection by the courier.

  3. Shipping notice: as soon as the package is dispatched, with the courier name and tracking number.

  4. Delivery confirmation: once shipment has been completed.

  5. Review request: to learn your opinion and improve our service.

3. Availability and Prices

Availability and prices may change without notice. In the event of an error or unavailable product, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or an immediate refund.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product. Send a notice to supporto@storepst.com and ship the product intact in its original packaging to:

Return shipping costs are at your expense. The refund will be issued within 14 days of acceptance of the return.

5. Payment Methods

We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Heylight and Bank Transfer.

  • Bank Transfer Details: Credem | IBAN: IT41M0303201002010000664441 | Account holder: PST SRL

  • Mandatory payment reference: You must always include the order number and the customer's name in the bank transfer reference.

  • Tax Deductions: Select the bank transfer option at checkout and use the correct reference (Bonus 50% or 65%). Orders will be processed only after actual receipt of payment.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the item (as indicated on the product page):

  • Standard items: 2–3 business days, subject to stock errors or supplier delays

  • Made-to-order items: 10–12 business days, subject to stock errors or supplier delays

Shipping costs (domestic territory):

  • Up to €50: €6.90

  • From €50 to €350: €9.90

  • Over €350: Free Shipping

7. Reduced VAT Rate

To request the 4% or 10% VAT rate, contact us at supporto@storepst.com before making your purchase for verification of the required tax documentation.

8. Claims for Transport Damage

Check the package before unloading:

  • Visible damage: Refuse delivery and write the specific description on the courier's document (e.g. "damaged/open/punctured parcel").

  • Suspected internal damage: Accept with a specific written reservation by hand before signing. Take photos and send them to supporto@storepst.com.

  • Claim deadline: Any complaints regarding damaged goods must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Beyond this deadline or without a specific written reservation, it will not be possible to dispute the condition of the product.

9. Warranty and Support

Legal warranty of 24 months. For assistance, write to supporto@storepst.com or contact the manufacturer through their official website.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for courier delays, indirect damages, or improper use of the product.

11. Privacy

12. Jurisdiction

For any dispute, the competent court is that of Turin.

13. Prices Reserved for Online Sales

Prices on storepst.com are valid exclusively online. They may differ from showroom prices as they do not include the costs of personalised consulting and design services.
