  • A shipping notification email, where we will provide you with the courier's name and the tracking number to monitor your package.
  • A delivery confirmation email.
  • Subsequently, a review request email to hear your feedback and improve our service.

3. Availability and Prices

We do our best to keep product information up to date, but availability and prices may change without notice. If a product is unavailable after your order or if there is an error in the price, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or an immediate refund.

 

4. Right of Withdrawal

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to return the product. Simply send a notification to ordini@storepst.com and return the product in its original condition, with intact packaging. The item must be shipped to the address: Strada Fontaneto 40, Chieri (TO) 10023. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once the product is verified, we will issue a refund using the same payment method within 14 days of accepting the return.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We entrust shipments to the best express couriers to ensure fast and efficient service. Delivery times usually range between 2 and 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor delivery.

Shipping is free for orders over €250. For orders below this amount, shipping costs €7.90.

If you need to change the address or manage the shipment after dispatch, you must contact the courier directly using the details provided in our shipping notification email.

 

7. Reduced VAT

If you are eligible for reduced VAT at 4% or 10%, contact us before purchasing by sending a request to servizioclienti@storepst.com to verify compliance with tax regulations and proceed with the order.

 

8. Claims for Transport Damage

We ensure all products are shipped in perfect condition, but if the package shows signs of damage upon delivery, follow these instructions:

  • If the package is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and note the reason on the courier's slip, such as "damaged package," "open package," or "punctured package."
  • If you accept the package but suspect internal damage, photograph the product from all angles and send the images to servizioclienti@storepst.com to file a claim with the courier.
  • It is important to handwrite the notes before signing for delivery. We do not accept generic reservations suggested by the courier.

9. Warranty and Assistance

Our products are covered by a 24-month legal conformity warranty. Some items may also have a manufacturer's commercial warranty. In this case, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer's customer service directly, whose details you can find on their official website.

 

10. Liability
